Common Driving Test Routes in Worcester

Here is a list of commonly used driving test routes in Worcester. Although the DVSA ceased publishing official test routes in September 2010, the routes currently used for tests are believed to be very similar, if not identical, to those from before. These routes are carefully designed to include a variety of road types and traffic conditions, helping examiners assess your driving skills effectively. Familiarising yourself with these areas can help you feel more confident and prepared on the day of your test.

Practical Test Centre: Worcester - Route 1

1. Start at Driving Test Centre (DTC) – Turn left onto Stanier Road.
2. Continue straight. At the End of Road, turn left onto Brindley Road.
3. Follow the road, then approach the roundabout – stay straight onto Woodgreen Drive.
4. Continue for 2 roundabouts, then turn right onto Middle Hollow Drive.
5. Follow the road and turn left at the traffic lights onto Tolladine Road.
6. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Shrub Hill Road.
7. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Tallow Hill/George Street.
8. Continue to the roundabout, and take the first exit onto St Martins Gate.
9. At the next roundabout, turn left onto City Walls Road.
10. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Sidbury.
11. Continue straight through the traffic lights onto London Road.
12. Take the third right onto Battenhall Road.
13. Turn right onto Battle Road.
14. At the End of Road, turn left onto Camp Hill Road.

9. At the end of the road (EOR), turn left onto Buckholt Drive.
10. At the end of the road (EOR), turn right onto Cotswold Way.

13. At the roundabout, go straight ahead onto Evesham Rd.

10. At the roundabout, continue straight onto Rainbow Hill.
11. At the roundabout, take the right exit onto Lowesmoor Place / Pheasant St.
12. At the roundabout, continue straight onto St Paul’s St / Foundry St.
13. Turn right onto Carden St.
